Workout of the Day: Super Back & Shoulders

Here’s today’s workout! It consists of 3 super-sets which will help build and sculpt round shoulders as well as a stronger, wider back. Be sure to rest 1 minute in between each superset and choose a moderate weight that will allow you to complete the set but not fatigue early in the workout.
