Workout of the Day: Super Core Challenge

Time for a brand new challenge to get in shape, strengthen your core, and build a better body. Due to the high volume of reps The Super Core Challenge is great to do on its own, or at the end of another workout for an extra burn. This entire workout consists of doing each exercise for 50 reps with no rest in between. At the end of the circuit, take a 3 minute break and then repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds.
