2 Cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp raw honey
2oz Chopped strawberries
2oz Chopped raspberries
2oz Chopped blackberries
In a medium bowl, stir the Greek yogurt and honey until combined. Next add all the chopped berries and fold them in using a spatula. Line a 9X9 baking pan with parchment paper then pour the Greek yogurt mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Freeze for 2-3 hours. When ready to eat, let sit out for about 10 minutes, then the parchment paper will peel off nicely. Cut into squares.
