Frozen Greek Yogurt Berry Bar Recipe

Do you want to try a tasty dessert that’s also high in protein? Well, these Greek yogurt berry bars fit both categories. They need very little ingredients and are super easy to make. Try them out and let us know what you think!


Ingredients

2 Cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt

3 Tbsp raw honey

2oz Chopped strawberries

2oz Blueberries

2oz Chopped raspberries

2oz Chopped blackberries


Directions

In a medium bowl, stir the Greek yogurt and honey until combined.  Next add all the chopped berries and fold them in using a spatula.  Line a 9X9 baking pan with parchment paper then pour the Greek yogurt mixture into the pan and spread evenly.  Freeze for 2-3 hours.  When ready to eat, let sit out for about 10 minutes, then the parchment paper will peel off nicely.  Cut into squares.
