Sexy Legs Challenge!

The weekend and here and you’ve completed all of your workouts, but are always up for a challenge. If you did you leg workouts earlier in the week, hopefully they aren’t still sore today. Try the Sexy Legs Challenge this weekend! It is a really simple circuit that involves only your body weight and can be done anywhere. This quick 15-minute workout targets your hamstrings, glutes, calves, quads, and core. Each exercise is to be done back-to-back, with no rest in between. To burn some extra calories try doing this workout with a weighted vest! This workout can also be used as a burnout at the end of a leg workout. Get ready to build some sexy legs with this one!
